Though not the winner of the “Collaboration of the Year - partnership” category, Greener Herts was recognised with a “Highly Commended” award at the 2025 Unlock Net Zero Awards.

The award recognises the efforts of B3Living, settle, and Watford Community Housing alongside Dacorum Borough Council to decarbonise housing across Hertfordshire.

In 2022, Greener Herts bid for a collective £14m to improve the energy efficiency of hundreds of homes through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. Since then, the four organisations have been working in partnership to accelerate decarbonisation while driving improvements for their residents.
